Our origins

Established in 2019 by Tim Drane and Edvin Eremeev, Dande Built was formed in response to an awareness of a level of quality and delivery of projects in the residential sector with room for improvement.

Having spent 10 years between both directors in tier one construction building high rise and complex residential buildings, the principle of producing quality built works with exceptional longevity was not instilled as an option, but as a necessity.

After branching out in separate business ventures prior to 2019, the intermeshing of these core values coupled with our complementary skill sets lead us to create the boutique team that is Dande Built.

Our aim - providing customers with access to the quality, processes, and exceptional delivery standards of tier one construction.

We prefer to be referred to as your building delivery partner, opposed to your construction contractor. The culture of our team is genuine, approachable, agile and solutions focused.
