Our Milsons Point project in collaboration with Smac Studio as recently featured in Vogue Living.

Downsizing from a large house into a penthouse didn’t stop our client from designing their dream home. “Relocating from a large property into a three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse in Milsons Point gave the couple plenty of time to consider what they valued most in their lifestyle, and luckily for the team, this included space, comfort, and plenty of scope for entertaining.”

Our Potts Point project NEOT as featured in the annual 'Houses: Kitchens + Bathrooms' magazine.

With a diversity of scales and budgets, the homes in this issue reveal how architects and designers respond to clients’ briefs and personalities to instill their residences with joy, composure and restorative connections to others. This includes the nurturing calm and clutter-free living created in a small-scale apartment at NEOT (Grantham Apartment), by Woodward Architects and Dande Built.

This stunning Dande Built project in collaboration with Smac Studios as featured in Belle. 

‘A romantic reimagining of a Milsons Point penthouse’. Smac Studio brings softness, rose hues and a touch of Paris to this penthouse. The final interior creates a space that invites you to sit down and relax. It’s open, airy, and draws your eye back out to the view. The design strikes a balance – it’s not overtly modern or vintage but rather an harmonious mix.
