Progress continues across our site at Point Piper, with plumbing rough-in complete and electrical and mechanical rough-ins nearing completion. Plastering is set to commence shortly, marking a key milestone as internal works gather pace. The second bathroom is ready for tiling, with walls bricked, rendered and prepared for window installation. In the sunroom, floor tiles have been removed and the slab ground back with steel measured and being fabricated ahead of installation.
